Katie Hilborn
FOUNDER, MANAGING DIRECTOR
Originated an AI data center with hydro power already serving rural and at-risk communities in Nepal — then formed the joint venture and, with her co-founder, built the capital formation architecture and Community Trust structure anchoring RIH’s model globally. Of her twenty years in international development, fifteen centered on Nepal — including the 2015 earthquake response — where she built extensive relationships across development, energy, and financial sectors, and originated and completed three critical-infrastructure projects. Her work includes infrastructure and community development projects in Uganda and Bolivia. RIH is now extending that Regenerative Intelligence Infrastructure™ model to new geographies.

Of his twenty years in international development, finance, and technology, he brings deep experience in digital infrastructure and public-private partnership design through work with the World Bank, UNICEF, UNDP, and government partners across Asia, Africa, and the Pacific. Previously, he co-founded and served as COO of Shanzhai City, building FinTech and AI solutions for HKEX and the Binance Charity Foundation.
