The team brings expertise across AI data center development and operations, regenerative design, infrastructure finance, and impact investment, with direct engagement across the World Bank, UNICEF, UNDP, and leading development finance institutions. Experience includes AI data center ownership, DFC-backed digital infrastructure execution, compute network origination tied to frontier AI leadership, and decades of capital structuring in least developed markets.

    Katie Hilborn

    FOUNDER, MANAGING DIRECTOR

    Fifteen years of on-the-ground partnership in Nepal — including humanitarian work through the 2015 earthquake response. Co-architect of the JV structure, Community Trust framework, and RIH's capital strategy. Extensive relationships across Nepal's development, energy, and financial sectors. She has originated and completed three critical-infrastructure projects in Nepal.

    Christopher Gee

    CO-FOUNDER, CFSO

    Impact investment, development finance, and international development strategist. Co-founder and COO of Shanzhai City. Built fintech solutions for HKEX and Binance Charity Foundation, with deep experience across World Bank, UNICEF, and UNDP engagements in public–private-partnerships. Leads capital formation architecture and regenerative design framework.

    NEPAL INFRA & ENERGY ASSET

    Uttam is RIH’s Nepal JV Partner and a leading clean-energy and infrastructure finance executive in Nepal. He serves as Senior Vice President of the Independent Power Producers’ Association, Nepal, and brings deep experience across hydropower development, EPC contracting, infrastructure finance, and banking. He is Director of Mountain Solar Holdings Pvt. Ltd., Board Director of NMB Bank Limited and CEDB Hydro Fund Limited, and founding Chairman of NMB Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited. Through RIH, Uttam anchors the Nepal partnership across power, permitting, local finance, and long-term regenerative infrastructure development.

    Mario Casiraghi

    DATA CENTER & FINANCIAL ADVISOR

    Owner/operator of a 2MW AI data center in Sweden through Singularity Compute, Mario brings practitioner-level insight into data center finance, operations, and capital structure. He provides CFO-level financial oversight for RIH's pro forma modeling, with projects across Germany, Korea, France, Mauritius, and Bhutan — he gives RIH access to active values-aligned global networks.

    NEPAL INFRA & ENERGY ASSET

    Sumita is the Chief Financial Officer of Mountain Solar Holdings Pvt. Ltd. and a key finance leader supporting RIH’s Nepal joint venture. She brings strong financial management experience across renewable energy, corporate finance, and international technology operations. Prior to Mountain Solar, Sumita served as Finance Manager at Huawei Technologies Nepal Company Pvt. Ltd., where she gained experience in financial controls, reporting, compliance, and operational finance within a global infrastructure and technology environment.

    Bayasa Rentsendorj

    HARDWARE, DFI CAPITAL, & PROJECT FINANCE

    Bayasa operates at the intersection of hardware access and development finance — spanning NVIDIA's global data center network and international development finance (DFC, USAID, IFC, ADB, DFC, US ExIm, and USTDA). He is affiliated with Canmore Capital, an emerging markets advisory firm, raising capital across 50 countries in greenfield digital infrastructure finance.

    COMPUTE, OFF-TAKE & PARTNERSHIPS

    A.S. brings deep relationships inside Silicon Valley and the frontier AI infrastructure industry — across compute operators, off-take origination, and the rapidly expanding South and Southeast Asian data center market. He works closely with one of the data center industry's most experienced builders, with over 2GW deployed.

    Julian Sproul

    OPS & BIZDEV

    Julian is part of the founding advisors, contributing the operational systems, partnership infrastructure, and process design that carry the project forward. Julian continues to support RIH's investor relationship development, business development, and due diligence coordination.

    James Wolff

    LEGAL ADVISOR & VENTURE FINANCE

    James Wolff is a partner at Greenspoon Marder LLP working at the intersection of corporate law, emerging technology, and AI governance. He co-authored the first US cryptocurrency legislation in 2013, co-founded the US AI Council with Microsoft's principal AI architect in 2024, and co-authored the Berkeley AI governance framework with Google's principal AI architect in 2025.

    Ollie Digby

    INTERNATIONAL LEGAL ADVISOR

    Ollie is a Cayman Islands-based legal advisor with eight years of experience in financial regulation, digital assets law, and offshore capital structures. Values-aligned & deeply familiar with regulatory landscape at the frontier of digital infrastructure and emerging financial instruments, Ollie covers the offshore & regulatory dimensions of RIH's architecture that are distinct from US corporate law.
