We build regenerative AI data centers and training centers —and the ecosystems they live inside

Building Regenerative Intelligence Infrastructure™

Energy that restores. Communities that participate. Governance that holds. Intelligence formed from coherent conditions. Each site leaves the place more capable than we found it.

Building a new category: Regenerative Intelligence Infrastructure™

Thesis

The conditions of creation shape what is created.

Natural intelligence arises from living systems. Human intelligence develops within those conditions. Artificial intelligence is now being formed within systems designed by humans. This establishes a chain of inheritance.

Energy systems, capital flows, governance frameworks, and physical environments define the conditions in which intelligence develops. Those conditions shape incentives, decision pathways, and long-term behavior at scale.

When conditions are extractive, intelligence compounds extraction. When conditions are coherent, intelligence compounds coherence.

RIH builds AI infrastructure at the level of conditions — so the energy, communities, ecology, and governance surrounding it strengthen together with the intelligence forming inside it. This is upstream alignment.

Origin Story

This system did not begin with infrastructure. It began in the field.

Following the Nepal earthquakes, aid flowed into regions that had lost everything. Resources arrived. Activity accelerated. Over time, the same conditions reappeared. Communities remained dependent on external input. Value passed through but rarely stayed. Even well-intentioned systems reinforced cycles of reliance. This pattern repeated across countries, contexts, and years of work.

The insight: systems that do not circulate their own value cannot sustain themselves. That principle applies to capital. To infrastructure. To the emerging architecture of artificial intelligence.

The Problem

Most AI infrastructure is scaling inside extractive conditions.

100,000

Homes powered by a single typical AI hyperscale data center. The largest ones under construction will use 20 times more.

$98B

blocked in 4 months for data center projects by community opposition.

1,300

Premature deaths projected annually from data center emissions by 2030. Public health burden: $20 billion.

10%

of a county's water supply consumed by a single data center.

267% increase

Electricity price rise near data centers over five years. Communities host the infrastructure. They pay the bill.

What are the conditions in which intelligence is being formed?

What We Build

We build regenerative AI data centers and training centers. Each one is engineered to strengthen the systems around it — energy, water, ecology, community economies, governance — while shaping the conditions intelligence is formed within.

At the center of every RIH system is The Central Engine — AI Training Infrastructure. Not simply a data center. The physical environment in which artificial intelligence is formed. The entire ecosystem become part of what the intelligence learns from.

We do not just power AI. We design the conditions it learns from.

Four Dimensions of Coherence

These are not separate categories. They are four dimensions of one living system.

How We Build

If the Field is misaligned, no downstream optimization can correct it.

The Central Engine

AI Training Infrastructure

The AI training facility is the physical environment in which intelligence is formed. The energy running through it, the governance surrounding it, the community it sits within — these are the conditions intelligence learns from. They become part of what the AI carries forward.

It is also the economic engine that makes all four dimensions viable. Renewable energy powers it. Revenue flows through the Trust. Community capacity is funded. Governance alignment is maintained. Nothing sustains without it. Everything is shaped by how it is built.

Phase 1: Nepal

Hydro-powered. Community-governed. Designed for long-horizon sovereignty.

Lush green landscape with a mountain range in the background, small trees scattered across the fields, and a few buildings near the base of the mountain.

Nepal's first regenerative AI data center and AI training center. Joint Venture with Mountain Solar — hydro and construction asset owner, President of the Independent Power Producers' Association of Nepal.

100% renewable national grid. Run-of-river hydro that preserves ecosystems.

  • Phase 1: 12MW

  • Full build: 70MW → 150MW → 2,000MW+

  • Trust structure: 2–5% of gross revenue to community

Impact investment and IT expert with a robust international data center network. Previous clients include World Bank, UNICEF, UNDP. Proven-track record of developing public-private partnerships.

The broader team brings direct, practitioner-level experience across AI data center development and operations, regenerative and biomimetic design, public-private infrastructure finance, impact investment, and direct engagement with the World Bank, UNICEF, UNDP, and major bilateral and multilateral development finance institutions across frontier and emerging markets. This range extends into active AI data center ownership and financial modeling, a closed DFC-backed digital infrastructure transaction, compute network origination connected to senior leadership at the world's leading frontier AI laboratories, and decades of capital structuring experience in the least developed countries where this project is being built.
