The conditions of creation
shape what is created.
We build AI data centers inside living systems — powered by verified renewable energy, governed by community trust, and designed to leave every place more ecologically, economically, and socially capable than we found it.
Infrastructure is not
neutral. Neither is
the intelligence it trains.
We are scaling artificial intelligence faster than any technology in human history. But we rarely ask the foundational question: what kind of environments are we building it inside?
The conditions of creation shape what is created. AI trained inside extractive systems — fossil grids, short-term capital, governance disconnected from community — inherits those patterns and scales them.
RIH builds a different container. One where energy preserves rather than destroys, community revenue participation is embedded before investor distributions, and physical environments are informed by living systems intelligence.
This is not about symbolism. It is upstream architecture — coherence as an infrastructure decision.
"Reducing extraction is not the same as building regeneration. It is a floor, not a vision."
-
100% Renewable Energy at Source Hydroelectric and solar — verified, local, no offsets. A system that degrades its environment is misaligned at its foundation.
-
Community Trust — Revenue First 3–6% of gross revenue flows to the host Community Trust before operating expenses or investor distributions.
-
Sovereign Compute & Digital Equity Emerging economies become builders of AI infrastructure — not renters of it. Nations own their digital futures.
-
The Regenerative Loop Every output becomes an input. Waste heat warms farms. Closed water systems protect watersheds. Nothing escapes the system.
The Regenerative Loop
Renewable energy powers compute
100% verified local hydroelectric or solar energy. No offsets, no mixed grid. Power sourced where it's generated.
Compute generates recoverable heat
Up to 90% of server electricity converts to thermal energy — captured, not wasted.
Heat becomes community asset
Recovered heat warms greenhouses, aquaculture tanks, and crop-drying facilities — creating food enterprises that didn't exist before.
Closed water systems protect watersheds
Zero freshwater consumed after initial fill. Monsoon rainwater supplements reserves. Watershed integrity is a design covenant.
Revenue Trust funds community first
3–6% of gross revenue — off the top — flows to the Community Trust before any operating expense or investor distribution.
Value reinvested in regeneration
Trust proceeds fund ecological restoration, education, digital infrastructure, and local enterprise — deepening the cycle with each iteration.
A Sovereign Regenerative
Data Center in Nepal
Built in joint venture with Mountain Solar — an eleven-year partnership forged through humanitarian work in the wake of the 2015 earthquake — our flagship project sits at the convergence of Nepal's hydroelectric abundance and its digital future.
Nepal has the hydroelectric capacity, the policy framework, and the political will to become a sovereign AI hub for South and Southeast Asia. RIH and Mountain Solar are building the infrastructure that makes that possible — while ensuring the communities surrounding it share in what is created.

Certification Standard
Four Dimensions. One Integrated System.
When each dimension is designed to thrive alongside the facility, the facility becomes more durable, more defensible, and more valuable over time.
Natural Intelligence
We build within living systems, not on top of them. Energy, water, land, and ecology are treated as one integrated relationship. Facilities are powered by verified renewable energy, use closed-loop systems to protect watersheds, and are designed for net-positive ecological impact.
Distributed Prosperity
Value flows to communities first — and continues to circulate. Revenue moves through Trust structures before investor distributions. Local employment and economic integration are embedded. Waste heat becomes agriculture, aquaculture, and new forms of enterprise. Communities are participants in success, not bystanders to it.
Sovereign Futures
The communities powering intelligence must participate in its value. We enable data sovereignty, local compute access, and AI capability development. Nations become builders — not renters — shaping their own digital futures. This is capacity creation, not infrastructure placement.
Human Coherence
The environment shapes the human experience within it. We design for well-being, clarity, and long-term governance integrity — applying biophilic design principles and participatory governance so that the people building and operating these systems are also strengthened by them.
The next billion people
coming online deserve
infrastructure built for them,
not extracted from them.
Emerging economies and frontier markets are building the energy and digital infrastructure they need for the next generation of economic development. The regenerative model is uniquely suited to these contexts.
Communities investing in renewable energy grids have a once-in-a-generation opportunity to pair that infrastructure with data centers that genuinely share the value they create, build local digital capability, and strengthen — rather than strain — the ecosystems and social fabric of the places they inhabit.
The extractive model is losing its license to operate. Between March and June 2025, organized opposition blocked an estimated $98 billion in data center projects across North America alone. The regenerative model is not just the ethical path forward — it is the durable one.
Capital That Carries Conviction
RIH is not seeking volume. We are seeking resonance — investors and partners who understand that the infrastructure decisions made in the next five years will shape the character of AI for decades.
Values-Aligned Capital Partners
We are raising our Phase 1 round for the Nepal flagship project — a dual-SPV structure with competitive returns and a certified regenerative impact architecture that grows with deployment scale.
- Target unlevered IRR 40%+ at Year 7 exit (base case)
- Dual-SPV structure below Nepal DOI regulatory threshold
- Community Trust revenue share embedded pre-distribution
- Hydroelectric power at ~$0.04/kWh — sovereign sourced
- MIGA-eligible political risk coverage available
- Full financial model and data room available under NDA
Operators, Builders & Mission Peers
We seek Design-Build-Operate partners, co-development partners, and institutional allies who bring technical excellence and share the conviction that infrastructure can be a force for systemic change.
- DBO operator partners for modular data center deployment
- EPC and construction contractors with frontier market experience
- Impact capital platforms seeking certified regenerative assets
- Research and academic institutions for living-systems design
- Government and development finance institutions (DFIs)
- Community organizations in target corridors
Regenerative infrastructure
is also smart investment strategy.
The communities that surround RIH facilities become aligned stakeholders — invested in project success. This reduces political risk, secures community cooperation, and produces durable operational stability that conventional data centers cannot buy. We have modeled twelve scenarios across four infrastructure combinations. The economics are compelling across all of them.
